TCM Distribution was created out of the need for the more unique delivery service for growers and nurseries throughout the UK which are a little harder to reach whether height, width, weight or manoeuvring issues. Based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, we are ideally located for many of the growers and nurseries providing top quality product all around the UK; we have planned routes across the Midlands each week as well as servicing the Norfolk and Suffolk areas which can be problematic for those operators with large vehicles!
We provide full UK coverage for deliveries/collections in mainland Britain and complete all deliveries without the use of sub-contractors or the use of temporary driving staff.
Here at TCM Distribution we operate a fleet of Luton vans with tail lifts which provides a more of a personal service, no more issues about access problems, large vehicles tearing up your site or the garden centre car park of your customer(s) or even causing congestion or producing excessive noise to your/their neighbours. We can plan for specific day/timed delivery when requested and provide a full equipment exchange each time we collect or deliver, no more chasing for equipment which is vital to your business.
Fully operational from weeks 1 through to 51 and now in our 5th year we have an established customer base which we service each week throughout the year.
By understanding our clients unique and specific requirements we have established ourselves as “the fixers” for the more difficult deliveries, our drivers are friendly and approachable as well as trained to deal with all aspects of problem solving working towards full customer care satisfaction, loading/unloading procedures safely and equipment/paperwork management.
